– zero balance testing ever conducted. homelander is the objective best character he has laser projectiles that have persistent fullscreen hitboxes, a fullscreen safe mix up, a fullscreen 8 frame command grab, does 30%+ meterless, can summon ferra kameo offscreen while in flight and literally attack you with a move you cannot see
